Our Team

We will be helpful, polite, and genuinely interested in fulfilling your needs. We will make every effort to ensure that your time as a resident here is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Team Member Fulfillment in our Company increases the likelihood of greater Customer Fulfillment.

Maintenance

Our goal is to handle all requests for maintenance with same-day service. If this cannot be accomplished you will be advised of the status and expected completion date. We will leave your residence clean, provide you with an explanation of the work and follow up on necessary issues.

Common Areas

Walkways, leasing offices, club houses, workout areas/pool or other common areas will be kept clean at all times. We care about your safety! We will replace light bulbs as soon as they burn out and monitor timers so that lights come on at the proper times.

Grounds

The grounds of this apartment community will be picked up daily to ensure the area is looking attractive and pristine. Landscaping will be well-kept. Curbs and walkways will be swept regularly and kept free of leaves, grass clippings and other debris.

Customer Fulfillment

Our customer service is designed so that you can Live Well at every Cohen-Esrey property we own and/or manage. Every request is documented and promptly dispatched. We follow up on all calls to assure completion and evaluate responses to continually improve our service. It is our intent to do everything we can to exceed your expectations and fulfill your desires for quality apartment living. Should you not be 100% satisfied, please let us know.

Quality Control

We value your opinion. At least once a year, you will be invited to answer a Resident Live Well questionnaire to provide feedback and comments regarding our service. We also believe in an open door policy and invite your comments and suggestions at any time.

Emergencies

We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for any emergency. Should an emergency occur after normal business hours, simply call our Emergency Line at 800-347-2373 and our on-call team members will immediately respond.

Parking Areas

We will keep all parking areas well-lit and free of debris. We will also have snow removed and areas salted and sanded before and during regular business hours.
